A EuroClassic 139 from Durham Steel Craft in hire configuration. Classic 10:6:5 plate and quality light wood interior well above many hire boat standards. A HIN from 2003 but completed and delivered to our vendor (a private owner) in 2005. Our vendor has entrusted the boat to a hire fleet throughout his ownership and I was impressed by the standard of maintenance and documented history available. Note black water tanks are not in use and not connected

An amazing amount of space for a boat of just 13.9m long. Spacious aft deck with central helm position, wide side decks and an interior that defies logic! How do they get it all in? The aft cabin is light, bright and finished in warm wood paneling as is the rest of the boat. Walk around bed 1.9 x 1.3 wardrobes opening windows and an ensuite heads with hip bath / shower, electric WC and washbasin. Next forward is the galley cum saloon. The galley is typical EuroClassic layout full width with two fridges, a full cooker with four burners a grill and oven. A microwave is installed in a niche to port. The saloon has 2m headroom a central steering position and plenty of space to eat, lounge, chill out and generally do as you please. There are doors on both sides affording easy access when moored bank side and an large opening window aft in the galley which serves as a great serving hatch to the aft deck. Forward of the saloon are two more double cabins, the first with single bunk beds 1.88 x 66 and 1.88 x 70. Headroom is 1.9m and opposite the cabin to port is another bathroom. YES! Bathroom. Virtually identical to the aft cabin ensuite with hip bath, electric WC and wash basin. Last is the forward cabin, another double with two singles 185 x 80 each and another ensuit heads and shower room with hip bath, electric WC and basin just like the other two! The whole of the interior (including bathrooms) is heated by radiators fired by gas boiler. Hot water is from two immersion tanks heated by the motor and electricity. 2.6 kw AC is fitted to the cabin roof (new August 2023)
4 burner gas cooker/stove

Broker's Comments
Canal and river cruiser for sale in France. Boatshed Midi Canals is pleased to offer this EuroClassic 139 for sale.
Privately owned but always operated and maintained for our vendor by a hire company, this appears to be a very well looked after boat with full maintenance history from 2011.
These boats just amaze me! So much space in less than 14m yet no feeling of being cramped and squeezing it all in. On the contrary, the inside is just as bright and airy as an owner version EuroClassic and has the same standard of wood finishings. No cheap wipe-down plastic here.
Although this boat has spent its life in a hire fleet it seems to be well looked after by the hire company and ready to give many more years of pleasure to a new owner. Our vendors have used the boat themselves many times but health issues and a change of plans has brought about the decision to sell.
