Broker's Comments

This is a rare, custom-built Finesse 27 – essentially a 27ft version of the usual Finesse 24, a classic oak-hulled cutter.

She has been extensively refurbished and appears in good condition.

She's cutter-rigged with anodised mast and boom, stainless steel standing rigging. Terylene running rigging. Slab reefing to mainsail. Plastimo and sails spar headsail furling systems. Gennaker boom.

Good accommodation for 4, with a well-equipped nav station and interior.

She's powered by a Beta BD722 diesel engine (1998) with a cruising speed of 5 knots.

The refurb over the last 2 years included:
deck repairs, cabin repairs, windows reseating, repainted deck and full anti-foul in Summer 2023.
