Broker's Comments

Boatshed London are delighted to offer this 35ft Narrowboat with London residential mooring. Built in 2000 and located at one of the most desirable spots in London, this narrowboat would make an ideal liveaboard or pied-a-terre.

It has been well maintained by the current owner in the two years they have owned it and is ready to move straight onto. It was last blacked in April 2016 and a survey from the same year is available to view.

There is a good sized fixed double in the cabin at the stern, bathroom with shower and elsan loo and an open plan galley/saloon with multi fuel stove. The boat also has diesel powered central heating so will always be warm on the coldest nights.

The residential mooring at Limehouse is fully transferable on payment of a 5% transfer fee (of the sale price). Current mooring fees are £7,600 p.a.. Council tax is included. There is a laundry and shower block as well as marina WiFi, good security and a lovely community feel in the marina.

These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
