Broker's Comments
This is an ex-school boat - always sailed with a sailing school skipper- which means that she is maintained to the highest standard.
Last out of the water march 2017. She is slipped annually to replace anodes, clean hull and apply new antifouling (International Cruiser Uno) and polish hull plus gearbox oil change.
Engine serviced every 200 hours, with oil and filter change, (last done Dec 2017)
Loads of storage cupboards and lockers (much more than Jeanneaus and Beneteaus)
New cushion covers and upholstery in saloon 2013.
Recently revarnished interior woodwork, saloon.
New Volvo Penta sail drive and membrane fitted in April 2017.
