Broker's Comments
Viewing this boat was a privilege as her first owner was Edward Heath, the former UK Prime Minister. The current owner has brought her back to her original state (or close to it) as when he purchased her she was in storage for almost ten years and in need of a refit.
Before being purchased by the current owner she was in a shipyard for almost 20 years. There is proof of a hull metal test to demonstrate the hull's condition.
She has been through an extensive refit and small improvements still take place. For example, she is getting a bimini, a brand new gangway, an electric toilet, and a new Raymarine wind vane.
She has several berths and, loosely defined, 2 cabins as these spaces are not fully separated. The aft cabin has 3 berths connected, creating a relatively open space that can comfortably accommodate 3 adults. The forward cabin can be accessed via a small opening and has a double berth.
The saloon has 4 berths, 2 of which are double. There is also a berth outside the forward cabin and opposite the head.
She is being used as a charter boat (daily cruises) and she already started her first charters.
Owning her will be like owning a part of sailing history.
These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
