The Degerö boatyard was founded in Finland in 1980. The yard wanted to make yachts that people would want to spend time on, whether at sea or in port, and the designs and specifications were developed with this in mind. The yard only produces 5 or 6 boats per year so these boats are effectively hand-built!
The Degerö 31 DS offers a combination of good sailing and comfort that’s hard to find in a small yacht. Couple this with legendary Scandinavian attention to detail and high quality of build and the finished product is as you would expect - superb!
With a distinctive rounded stern, generous beam and elegant sheer line, this is an attractive and purposeful yacht. With a long fin keel with bulb, she is well mannered in a seaway, looking after her crew in open water.
Indeed, the current owners have safely cruised extensively in the UK and Ireland in all weathers and conditions.
Inside, her raised coach roof and good hull volume give her spacious and light accommodation plus excellent all-round vision from the comfortable deck saloon.
Four berths in two cabins, a separate heads compartment and a well appointed galley complete the specification.
This particular example of the Degero 31 DS is in super condition and a credit to her current owners.
