Broker's Comments
I’m sure I’ve said this before – but I love twin keelers! This Hunter Channel is pretty much as good as it gets on the twin keel front, she sails very well indeed, in fact I believe Hunter liked to call a “twin fin.”
Great accommodation – the after cabin is more very roomy for a boat of this size, and even the part under the cockpit sole give plenty of room to sleep comfortably. The galley is really pretty good, the present owners have installed an Isotherm fridge unit – top brand!
I like the chart table, not a bad size, and a decent amount of room for instruments, which include the Raymarine Radar/Chartplotter and Furuno GPS.
This is a great boat for a couple with little ones, well capable of doing a bit of distance, or just right for fettling about in the shallows, drying out to her own anchor – lovely! This yacht is very well presented indeed – she has a modern stacking system on the main, the upholstery and headlinings look great, and the hull is about to be anti-fouled.. I suggest you ring me come along and have a look folks – I don’t see many twin keelers as good as this, and spring is not that far off!
