You can tell immediately this boat has absolutely everything you could possibly want in a yacht with wide side decks for safe handling and her lines coming back to the cockpit. She is beamy . Offering a fully enclosed shower, generous Galley and lots of internal volume. She is both heated and air conditioned for comfort. The hull is laid up heavily and has a well ballasted keel and the very solid bulkheads suggest that she is an exceptionally safe vessel. It is the rig, that impresses, being ketch, the masts are short enough to ease her under bridges etc but carries enough canvas to drive and balance her on the wind. The cockpit is over 8 feet long! The owner is fastidious in her maintenance and further , being a marine engineer, as you might imagine her Perkins 4108 is in top order . This boat is a real cruising boat, with her shallow 5 foot draft she would be a great for exploring the coastal inlets as well as the passage making. To me it seems that she is a sailors boat but would not intimidate, she looks manageable and extremely comfortable and would make the perfect liveaboard , and if a trip is on the horizon, you could be self contained in great comfort. As soon as I saw her alongside, I thought she was a rare find of great quality at an apparently very reasonable price. A Most DefinIte "Must See"!
