Broker's Comments
This little boat makes a very good first impression.
She's been recently valeted and feels very fresh having given her age and history.
Her owner has had her for 31 years and she's seen a lot of action both family cruising and racing. For the last few years she's been sitting in the marina so she will need a lift and a few small restoration jobs, together with new standing and running rigging.
A couple of things I find very good about this boat is the fact that she's dry inside and that she comes with seven sails in decent condition with plenty of life left in them.
After spending some time on this boat I can say she's a very nice little project with great potential.
