A beautiful reverse layout design in American Cherry wood by Coates and Co.
Entering from the trad stern, via the space above the engine which has been cleverly utilised as a utility room off the kitchen. There is a plumbed in washing machine.
The kitchen is superbly laid out with a Stoves gas oven, Shoreline fridge and plenty of storage and work surfaces.
Next is a comfortable dinette which converts to a double bed. By the dinette table is a side hatch so that you can eat almost alfresco.
There is an open plan lounge area with solid fuel stove, TV and entertainment system and shelving.
The bathroom has a luxurious shower, basin, and a Theford, swivel cassette toilet.
At the front of the boat is a beautifully appointed bedroom with a double bed, good sized wardrobe and cupboards. There is a covered radiator and double doors to the front deck.
The ceiling is white, giving a light and airy feel to the boat, Heating and hot water are supplied by a Mikuni diesel boiler.

Boatshed Grand Union are happy to offer this superb narrowboat for sale, Fitted out by Coates and Co to an amazing standard on top of a hull by Jonathan Wilson. It would be hard to find a better combination.
There is plenty of space to live or cruise in luxury. Every area has been designed to make living easy and pleasant from raised washing machine to comfortable dinette.
The reverse layout means that entry from the stern is via the kitchen and the bedroom has its private "balcony" at the front.
A non- residential mooring at Cowroast Marina may be available with this boat, subject to marina management agreement. However a premium payment may be required.
