Boatshed London are delighted to offer this 57ft Narrowboat with residential London mooring at Eagle Wharf Marina, Islington.
This one cabined boat has been recently renovated and rewired and is now a stylish liveaboard houseboat with a fantastic mooring in between Islington and Hoxton. A great boat for an individual or a couple with the unusual benefit of a king size bed in the cabin.
The boat was surveyed in June 2019 and last blacked in January 2020 and has been well maintained throughout. It has a BSS to December 2023.
The saloon has a desk space for working from home along with space for a sofa/TV area. The galley has gas hob and microwave oven as well as washing machine. The walkthrough bathroom has a large shower compartment which has recently been installed and an electric flushing heads with holding tank.
The mooring at Eagle Wharf Marina is fully transferable (10% transfer fee) and current mooring fees are an affordable £650 a month. Council Tax is payable on top. A fantastic location on the Regents Canal which makes it a great spot to explore London and beyond from. Angel, Old Street and Hoxton stations are all about 15 mins walk from the moorings.
