Engine serviced every year and has just been serviced again ready for the new owner.
There is a bowthruster tube and she has been wired for one but they never put one on as is did not prove necessary but one could be fitted if needed.

Comentario del broker
The boat was recently sold but has not moved from the factory due to bereavement.
This is a really great a size boat for a wide beam boat at 53ft x 9ft still has plenty of space inside and yet she is very easy to manoeuvre. She is an ex hire boat that was in use for 5 years but has now been partly refurbished inside and has a brand new shiny 2pac paint job and 3 coats of blacking. The work was carried out by the original manufacturer and the boat has a good June 19' hull survey and she will come with a 4 year BSC.
As you come in through the companionway you come straight into the fully fitted Howden's kitchen which has lots of storage and a full size gas cooker, stainless steel sink and drainer, splash back protectors, fridge with freezer drawer, an oak block worktop/breakfast bar and plenty of sockets.
The adjoining saloon area has been extended and has new carpets, 2 x radiators and a TV point with small TV shelf unit ready for some new furniture. A sofa bed would give a possible extra double bed.
Through the privacy door there is a full height storage cupboard on the right and then the door into the large shower room which has also been extended and consists
of a full size modern shower unit, electric toilet, chrome heated radiator, storage cupboards and a modern vanity unit with sink and chrome taps.
Further down the corridor you arrive at the second bedroom/office (presently set up as an office but it would be easy to put a double bed or bunk beds in) which again has very flexible cupboards that can be used as wardrobes or shelved units.
Finally you then come into the master suite with its own ensuite consisting of an electric flush toilet and a modern vanity unit with sink and chrome taps. There is a double bed with lots of storage underneath, radiator, sockets, small TV, plenty of cupboards and then access out into the front deck area.
