Broker's Comments

Here we have a very tidy little Sea Ray 230DA sports cruiser.

These are great little starter sports-cruiser boats and have a lot to offer the new boater looking for style performance and yet simple, easy handling and economical single engine ownership.

The boat has a spacious cockpit with direct swim platform access through a transom gate and convertible seating that can be made into a large sunbathing pad.

Large floor access hatches lead to the engine space below housing a well running Mercruiser 5.0 V8 engine that appeared to start and run as it should. The engine has been fully rebuilt by a local marine engine specialist and has done just 40 or so hours since this work. Full invoices available totalling approx £7k cover this rebuild.

The helm can seat two and the forward screen has a walk through section for access directly to the forward deck area.

The cabin has a convertible saloon area that can sleep two and the under sole berth which is a large double.

Galley to port with spirit cooker and fridge and the good sized heads to starboard with shower.

The boat has shore power fitted and her Boat Safety Certificate will be renewed in the next week or so giving 4 years validity. Her Broads toll is paid for the remainder of this boating season and her mooring may also be available to the new owner.

She has a very recent new Bailey and Stone canopy and a solar panel to keep the batteries charged.

She was serviced in 2024 and antifouled earlier this year.

If you are looking for a fun and stylish little cruiser this boat may well be right for you.
