The Beneteau 45 is great, modern design with huge cockpit and electric drop down transom and voluminous interior.

This is example from 2018 presents really well and comes complete with generator plus AC and has had many recent upgrades. New davits/arch, solar/Lithium, headsail, in-mast furling system, and antifouled and engine service in Nov 2022. New Dodger windows are due to be replaced March 2023
