Broker's Comments
This is a classic motor sailing yacht with timeless elegance. It combines a classic hull shape and on deck lines with a well protected cockpit, which incorporates a hard top and full canvas enclosure, plus seating for 12. This gives a panoramic view whilst looking out over the beautiful new teak deck and freshly varnished cap rail, plus the aft deck area with substantial davit system and recent dinghy and outboard.
The sail plan is easy to handle with all lines leading aft into the protected cockpit area, and can be sailed easily by two.
Below deck is simply stunning. The original woodwork is in superb order and is a treasured feature of this classic yacht. The saloon area is beautiful with the nav station to the port side and large table with relaxing and social and entertainment areas.
The galley opens up in the saloon area making it a more social environment if required, or if closed private for the chef. The galley also incorporates a super sized fridge and freezer and small seating area to port for crew.
Forward of the galley are the crew cabins, starboard has double whilst port a bunk with shared heads.
Aft of the saloon are two staterooms, port has queen size berth with ensuite heads. Starboard is a twin with ensuite heads.
The main master cabin at the stern is very spacious, very well appointed with 6'6'' headroom, and combines excellent storage space and entertainment centre. The ensuite heads is very nicely designed and fitted out with bath.
The extent of refit in 2018 can only be described as incredible with all the latest equipment installed included every single wire replaced. The attention to detail and ongoing maintenance is second to none. It is so extensive it is simply too much to list on the advert, however, further details can be provided.
