Broker's Comments
The Leopard 46 is an extremely desirable cruising catamaran known for blending comfortable liveaboard luxury with solid sailing performance.
The design features a modern, sleek profile with characteristic stepped hulls and a signature forward cockpit.
It offers excellent speed and easy handling under sail, performing well in light-to-moderate wind conditions thanks to its substantial rig.
Its desirability is high due to the reputation of build quality from this period and designed for short-handed sailing, with all lines leading back to an elevated helm station equipped with electric winches.
The standard configuration relies on proven twin Yanmar diesel engines, providing reliability and long range.
The boat’s volume is optimized, allowing scalability not just in accommodation, but also in power generation, this example has generator, solar, and wind gen to support extended, self-sufficient cruising.
It stands out as a high-volume, high-value catamaran perfectly suited for safe, comfortable, and efficient blue water cruising.
This example however is a very rare find being a owners verison it was never chartered and comes with many extras, however the main difference with this boat is the maintenance and care this has had from day one is clearly visible and the presents at level rarely found on a L46.
